Worcestershire have been fined £600 by the ECB after they were found to have played an unregistered player in a Friends Provident Trophy match earlier this season.
The ECB accepted the failure to register Ian Fisher was an administrative oversight on the part of the county and that Fisher - who is now registered properly - was at all relevant times eligible to be registered and play for Worcestershire.
Fisher himself was found to be "entirely blameless".
