Flintoff becomes father for second time

Andrew Flintoff became a father for the second time in the hours before the Mohali Test after his wife Rachael gave birth to a 6lb 14oz boy. The couple have named him Corey.

Before the series, it had been expected that Flintoff would return home for the birth, but those plans were changed when he took over the captaincy from Michael Vaughan. As it happened, Corey arrived ten days early, so Flintoff would have missed the birth anyway.

The Flintoffs already have a daughter, 18-month old Holly.
