The ECB today announced the 12 players who will represent England Under-19
in the first Test against India Under-19 at Sophia Gardens, Cardiff, on 27-30 July 2002.
Paul McMahon, the Nottinghamshire off-spinner, will captain the side for the
first time. Graham Wagg, an all-rounder who made his First Class debut for
Warwickshire earlier this season, is the only player who has not previously
represented England at Under-19 level.

The Indian Under-19 team arrives in the UK on 15 July to embark on a three-match
Test series followed by a three-match one-day series. The team will be coached by Robin Singh, who represented India in one Test match and 136 one-day internationals in his playing career.
