Victorian Bushrangers Captain Darren Berry has been reported for an alleged ACB Code of Behaviour breach relating to comment attributed to him about umpiring in the current Bushrangers versus Tasmanian Tigers game in Hobart.
The charges relate to comment published in the media on Friday, 17 January.
Cricket Victoria Chief Executive Ken Jacobs made the charges under the ACB Code provisions relating to conduct unbecoming following the attributed comment.
The charges will be heard by an ACB Code of Behaviour Commisisoner, Ray Brown, at the end of play today at Hobart.
