The media accreditation process for international media planning to attend the ICC U/19 Cricket World Cup Bangladesh 2004 is now open

The media accreditation process for international media planning to attend the ICC U/19 Cricket World Cup Bangladesh 2004 is now open.
The tournament runs from 15 February to 5 March at eight venues throughout Bangladesh including the two Test venues and several new purpose-built stadiums.
The application form and full terms and conditions are available on the ICC website at www.icc.cricket.org/u19worldcup.
Completed forms must be returned by 19 December 2003.
International applicants
All media applicants that are not from Bangladesh are requested to fill in and sign the application form and attach two passport-sized colour photos before sending directly to Rushmans (address on application form).
Please ensure that your name is clearly written on the back of both of the photographs.
Please note that you are also required to submit a supporting letter from your employer with your form.
Please read the Terms and Conditions before form and all applications must be received by Rushmans not later than 19 December 2003.
You will need to have Acrobat Reader to open the application form (this can be downloaded for free if you do not have it). If you are having problems accessing the form, please contact the ICC and we will be able to email or fax it directly to you.
Bangladesh applicants
Bangladesh-based media should contact the ICC U/19 CWC 2004 office in Dhaka (iccu19cwc2004@bcb-cricket.com) for information on the domestic accreditation procedure.
The accreditation form will be identical to the international one but the process will first be coordinated with the local journalists' organisations. Bangladesh-based media will be notified of the appropriate process to follow by these bodies.
