The Turbanator too has struck a purple patch, picking up a bagful of wickets to redeem his glory. Harbhajan Singh did the five-wicket trick in the first innings (19.3-4-51-5), weaving a magical spell that left the Englishmen completely clueless. Some of the batsmen clearly struggled to pick the 'doosra' the one that goes the other way. In the second innings, Harbhajan finished with more modest figures of 24-9-59-2. It though augurs well for Indian cricket that the senior spin bowler Anil Kumble has at last found a very accomplished partner to torment the flat-footed batsmen!
