ICC Media Briefing Re. BCCI And Virender Sehwag

Intense discussions have been taking place over the past 24 hours between the ICC and BCCI, in order to save the Mohali Test match between India and England.

The ICC has made three written offers to the BCCI to reach a sensible resolution to the matter and there have been lengthy telephone conversations between ICC Chief Executive Officer Malcolm Speed and BCCI President Jagmohan Dalmiya.

ICC President Malcolm Gray has offered to extend the deadline given to the BCCI and fly with Malcolm Speed to Kuala Lumpur for a final summit meeting with Mr Dalmiya on Saturday.

Malcolm Speed will hold a media briefing at 4.30 pm today, Thursday 29th November, at Lord's Cricket Ground to update the latest position on the negotiations with the BCCI.
