HKCA announces dates for 2003 Hong Kong Cricket
Sixes
HONG KONG, December
20 - The Hong Kong Cricket Association together with China
Cricket International
Limited
have announced that the 2003
Hong Kong Cricket
Sixes will be held on 1-2 November 2003.
It is expected that even stronger teams than
those that attended in 2002 will contest the 2003 competition
for the US$80,000
first prize purse and the honour of lifting the prestigious
Butani
Cup.
Major sponsors for the event will once again
be Cathay Pacific and Standard Chartered and the tournament will
be hosted
by the Kowloon Cricket Club.
