Stewart, Hick, White, Udal, Gough and McCague were injured
during the tour and returned to England at various times. 
Malcolm and Benjamin were afflicted with chicken pox.
Malcolm recovered and played some matches in the end.
The following players were added to the squad.

A R C Fraser, C C Lewis, M R Ramprakash and N Fairbrother.

Of the above, Fairbrother got injured in a match in WSC
and did not take part in any of the tour matches.
