England put together another good performance in the third one-day international against India to take a 2-1 lead in the seven-match series, and bet365 now make the home side 4/11 favourites to go on and win it.
England appear to be moving in the right direction in terms of the one-day game and they will be hugely boosted by the fact that they are winning matches without Kevin Pietersen having to make big scores.
Pietersen is such a good player that he will come good sooner rather than later but England will be looking to maintain their team spirit and all-round efforts going into the fourth match on Thursday, to be played at Old Trafford.
With four matches to go, though, England will not be counting their chickens just yet, and bet365 make the tourists a relatively big price at 11/5.
England to win it 4-3 is the new favourite in the correct-score markets, at 13/8, closely followed by a 5-2 win at 9/4 and then an India winning 4-3, which is 3/1. England to win 6-1 is 9/1, while India to win 5-2 is the outsider of them all at 11/1.
In the batting markets, Ian Bell is 3/10, which is fair enough given that he looks in great touch but he only has a 91-run lead, something that can be wiped out in one game.
Alastair Cook, next in the list, is 4/1, while don't discount Pietersen at 8/1, even though he has managed just 67 so far, 202 fewer than Bell.
As for India, Rahul Dravid, 70 runs clear of Sachin Tendulkar at the top, is 4/5. Interestingly, Sourav Ganguly, 11 runs behind Tendulkar, is 11/4, while the little master himself is 7/2.
